Amazing photo works by Jakub Wojewoda. I am especially fond of the first “black & white” portraiture, you might have to look a little more closely for the “white” on first glance though.

The complete title for this amazing piece by Zeitguised is The installation of an irreversible axis on a dynamic timeline. This short video consists of six imaginations of disoriented systems that take a catastrophic turn, including the evolution of educational plant-body-machine models and liquid building materials. Have fun watching it, I know I did.

Lovely day today. Great turn-out of students and a lovely model to work with. I Photoshopped this one up on-site, just to give people an idea of what one can do to the shots out of the camera. Basically wound-down the blue g […]

  • Letter to a Young Photographer…. November 9, 2009
Lectured last week at the University of Missouri’s School of Journalism. In the photojournalism department, the students all had that traditional mix of energy, enthusiasm, angst, and doubt so typical of that time in your life when you have just picked up a camera and are looking at it, wondering where it will lead you.
